UKTCGS Bexleyheath 1st Sundays-Yu-Gi-Oh!+bring your Vanguard!(S.E.London/Kent)

This location is shown only to members

Come down to Bexleyheath to play Yu-Gi-Oh! tournaments! This is a friendly local,gr8 prizes (turbo pk 7's for all, extra boosters for top cut + Konami playmat for the winner!)

The Bexley Gaming Club 1st Sunday tournaments are a gr8 place to play Yu-Gi-Oh! , meet other players & trade n sell your own cards**

We welcome ALL standards of player - from those that play in their school playground or at home, to those that participate in large official events such as the YCS Championships!

It's a gr8 place to get in competitive level deck-testing ahead of the Battle of the Kingdom events, the Regional WCQ's etc as we attract alot of top players - as the event is also run by UKTCGS we will be able to let you know about large events going on around the UK as well.

All of our Yu-Gi-Oh! tournaments are reported on the Official Konami COSSY system! If you don't already have a COSSY id card/number then we can sign you one up when you come down! (let me know your name & date of birth when you pre-register and I can have your card made up & ready for you!)

£5 Entry - Doors open 1pm, registration will close at 1.30pm so please try to arrive on time (you can ring if you are running late!) - refreshments available.

We usually stock the latest Yu-Gi-Oh! products for you to buy and any profits go towards keeping the tournaments running at such a low entry (one/if not the lowest entry cost out  the London clubs!)

Let us know if you have anyother ideas or suggestions for the club/tournaments and we will be happy to consider them.

We are hoping to introduce an Under 13's Yugioh tournament* this may not be immediate as there needs to be enough players (ie.at least 8) to run a tournament, but please spread the word to your friends to come down! I know alot of the previously regular younger players have stopped coming because the constant annihalation was too much to bear (lol) but hopefully this will give you/them a bit more encouragement!

You can trade & sell** your cards but please note parents you are responsible for your children's trading activities and should advise them to check the value of their cards with yourselves or the tournament organiser as some cards may be valuable.

Prices of cards do go up & down and ebay is not a reliable source but our regulars usually know the up-to-the-minute values.

*within reason & selling should be players only not other TO's/shop owners/website sellers etc

**PLEASE LOOK AFTER YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS - PARTICULARLY CARDS, FOLDERS, DECKBOXES ETC - WHILST YOU ARE ON SITE AS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PROPERTY** -

If you find property left lying around you MUST hand it in to the Tournament Organiser or a member of staff - if you are caught with another players property (obviously only if they haven't lent it to you etc!) then you will be reported to Konami and/or the Police.

All players should respect the venue, helpers/parents & other players whilst at this event.

If players don't know their COSSY numbers but have been to Bexleyheath before I should be able to look it up on the old records...failing that we will have to sign you up a new number and once you locate the old number you can ask Konami to pair the 2 numbers up so you don't lose your points ;)
Those that want to Pre-reg should post their name,COSSY & date of birth in the box below!

Thanks to everyone that came down today!!! over 50 playing Yugiohno wonder I'm worn out!!! - thanks to Maureen for keeping us all fed & watered during the day & also for keeping our club 'shop' all day! Our own Hanni Gosal became Junior Champion, choosing the Oversized card!! - who will knock his crown off next month?? - well done to Aaron Chan who came 2nd and got a structure deck!,Jamie Howatson & Harry Longhurst came 3rd n 4th!!! All of our Juniors also played Duelist League games thru the day and were lucky enough to win the special Duelist League cards-which I'm sure the older players will be jealous about! In the main tournament our Top 4 players were club regulars Rio Hill (who beat Kirk Clark in the Top 8 round), Akshar Patel (who beat Jared Tsirides in the Top 8), Raja Sood (who beat Danny Heddle in the Top 8) & Luke Lennard (who beat Mihai Cornea-Graham in Top 8)..Akshar & Raja made it thru to the Finals, with Raja being our overall winner!
